About This Role
- Lead and mentor software engineers across delivery teams focusing on product, pricing, and offer systems within the core commerce platform.
- Set technical architectural direction in collaboration with solutions architects, including design and specifications for APIs and scalable systems.
- Provide technical leadership on implementation, system integration, quality testing, and operations for large, complex software systems including Java services and digital optimization for web and mobile applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years development experience, preferably full stack with Java, Spring Framework, SQL and NoSQL databases.
- 7+ years managing engineering and technology delivery teams, including globally distributed teams using Agile methodologies.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications, preferably in AWS, and familiarity with microservices architectures and internet technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field; work experience also accepted.

- Experienced in leading cross-functional, complex software delivery projects with technical and managerial ownership.
- Skilled in architecting resilient, high-performance, and scalable systems with deep knowledge of cloud solutions and DevSecOps.
- Comfortable navigating complex organizations and communicating effectively with technical teams and executive management.
