About This Role
- Lead delivery and execution of product, pricing, and offer systems in the core commerce platform roadmap.
- Mentor and lead software engineers while collaborating with product managers and technical teams to develop and maintain large-scale, complex software systems primarily using Java, Spring Framework, and cloud-native solutions.
- Provide technical leadership overseeing implementation, system integration, quality testing, operations, and sustainability of scalable and resilient architectures including microservices and API design.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack software development experience with Java, Spring Framework, SQL and NoSQL databases.
- 7+ years of experience managing engineering and technology delivery teams, including globally distributed teams using Agile methodologies.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications, preferably in AWS, with knowledge of microservices architecture and internet technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.

- Experienced in designing and delivering highly scalable, resilient, and performant software architectures for complex commerce systems.
- Proven capability to manage and mentor large, distributed engineering teams across technology and business functions in complex organizations.
