About This Role
- Lead and mentor software engineers to deliver product, pricing, and offer systems advancing the core commerce platform.
- Set technical architectural direction with solution architects and design API specifications for complex Java-based services and user interfaces.
- Oversee implementation, integration, quality testing, operations, and sustainability of mission-critical, cloud-native systems in a globally distributed Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of full stack development experience including Java, Spring Framework, SQL and NoSQL databases.
- 7+ years managing engineering and technology delivery teams in globally distributed settings.
- Experience with cloud native application development, preferably AWS, microservices architecture, and DevSecOps practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field/work experience.

- Experienced in leading complex software projects with scalable, resilient architectures focused on commerce platforms.
- Comfortable navigating and collaborating across complex global organizations involving both technical and business teams.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale technology solutions on-time and within budget while guiding high-performing teams.
