About This Role
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement and configure enterprise product solutions, ensuring high quality and innovation in delivery.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with responsibility for planning, delivery, quality assurance, and timely releases within budget.
- Drive process optimization and automation efforts using advanced technologies including GenAI to improve delivery speed and consistency.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in software delivery, implementation, or technical program/project management with progressively increasing leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in enterprise or fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical expertise in software configuration, integration APIs, data pipelines, debugging, system performance optimization, and familiarity with automation and DevOps practices.
