About This Role
- Own end-to-end project management for Marketing Cloud solution implementations targeting US customers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery from concept to launch.
- Lead and coordinate a large team of Technical Architects and Business/Technical Consultants across virtual and international environments.
- Serve as central client interface, managing communications with partners, CXOs, and customer success managers while ensuring customer satisfaction through successful project deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of overall work experience with B.E/B.Tech and MBA degrees.
- Experience in Digital Marketing Cloud solutions and Technical Program Management handling 15-20 concurrent projects.
- Mandatory experience working with North American clients and ability to provide support until 12PM IST to accommodate EST and PST time zones.
- Proficiency with Project Management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2), Scrum/Agile methodologies, and certifications in Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale enterprise IT application development projects with virtual/nearshore/offshore teams in an international environment.
- Demonstrates strong technical understanding to translate high-level tech changes into business solutions within digital marketing platforms.
- Skilled in handling complex project schedules, anticipating risks, and maintaining stakeholder communication to drive operational efficiency and successful project delivery.
