Experienced in managing large-scale enterprise IT application development projects with virtual/nearshore/offshore teams in an international environment.
Demonstrates strong technical understanding to translate high-level tech changes into business solutions within digital marketing platforms.
Skilled in handling complex project schedules, anticipating risks, and maintaining stakeholder communication to drive operational efficiency and successful project delivery.
