About This Role
- Drive applied research focused on AI Agent technology within the Voice of the Customer (VOC) AI Agent software platform to improve autonomous customer support and service agents.
- Design and run experiments including algorithm conception, prompt engineering, clustering, metric definition, data collection, and model fine-tuning to enhance AI agent performance.
- Ensure research outcomes translate rapidly into product improvements, participating in all steps from experiment design to evaluation and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering or related quantitative field.
- 8+ years experience in Python, R, and applied statistics.
- 1+ years experience in applied research on AI Agents, including knowledge of multi-agent architectures, prompt engineering, and AI Agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience developing simulators and test environments using Python; strong knowledge of statistical methodologies including A/B testing, regression, and statistical tests.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applied AI research closely aligned with product needs in autonomous AI agent development for customer-facing applications.
- Technical expertise in AI Agent frameworks and prompt engineering to innovate within multi-agent systems and evaluate large and small language models.
- Ability to integrate business acumen to translate stakeholder input into impactful research and product improvements.
