About This Role
- Own the end-to-end design process for key product features, ensuring intuitive, user-focused designs and effective design handoffs to engineering.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the maintenance and expansion of the design system for consistency across products.
- Use data-driven insights and user research to iteratively improve the user experience in collaboration with product managers.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of product design experience.
- Strong proficiency in UX and UI design principles with experience in Figma or similar tools.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in product design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience designing complex systems and interaction design at a system level.
- Ability to lead smaller projects autonomously and proactively identify design problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborative working style across cross-functional teams including product and engineering.
