About This Role
- Own end-to-end design process for key product features from conception to iterative release.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure smooth design handoffs and data-driven user experience improvements.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to expanding and maintaining a consistent design system across products.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience.
- Proficiency in UX and UI design principles with experience in design tools like Figma.
- Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in product design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong skillset in both UX and UI design, with a system-level eye for interaction and visual detail.
- Capable of working autonomously on smaller projects while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience applying data-driven and user research insights to iteratively improve complex product designs.
