About This Role
- Lead architecture and delivery of autonomous AI agents based on Field Product Manager defined features and capabilities, including orchestration design, tooling, and production reliability.
- Design multi-agent systems, reusable agent frameworks, and oversee technical standards, evaluation, and operational quality for AI agents.
- Lead and mentor a small engineering team, coordinate with other engineering leads to align AI agent implementations with engineering domain requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years experience building production AI-enabled applications.
- Expert-level Python development skills, experience with cloud-native distributed systems and modern cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Prior experience leading a small team or acting as technical lead, familiarity with REST APIs, containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, SQL, and Git.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and delivering complex AI/agentic systems integrated into business and engineering workflows, focusing on multi-agent orchestration and automation.
- Capable of setting technical standards and leading a small team in a cross-functional, product-driven technical environment.
- Strong background with Azure cloud services and modern DevOps practices, able to coordinate with multiple engineering domain leads effectively.
