About This Role
- Develop and maintain the AI-powered Voice of Customer (VOC) product frontend using React/Redux to deliver interactive dashboards and AI-driven customer insights.
- Collaborate in an agile team to build scalable, highly available cloud applications leveraging modern PaaS platforms like GCP, including integration with noSQL and relational databases.
- Own production code with responsibilities including on-call support, troubleshooting, and ensuring uptime and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Proficient in React/Redux, JavaScript, and Java.
- Hands-on experience developing AI-powered product interfaces and data-heavy analytics dashboards.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
