Experienced in managing complex hybrid Cloud and On-Premises infrastructure environments at scale with proven operational governance.
Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and leadership skills managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
Familiar with ITIL best practices and infrastructure lifecycle management, capable of driving continuous service improvements and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
