About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and management of infrastructure services across Cloud and On-Premises including servers, storage, virtualization, networks, databases, and platforms.
- Manage operations teams and vendors to ensure high availability, performance, and SLA compliance with incident, problem, change, and release management oversight.
- Drive continuous service improvement, oversee lifecycle management, ensure compliance with ITIL and security standards, and report infrastructure performance to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total work experience with 8+ years in hybrid infrastructure environments (Cloud and On-Premises).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and infrastructure services (compute, storage, virtualization, networking, monitoring).
- Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex hybrid Cloud and On-Premises infrastructure environments at scale with proven operational governance.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and leadership skills managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Familiar with ITIL best practices and infrastructure lifecycle management, capable of driving continuous service improvements and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
