- Lead and manage multi-functional quality programs and projects to drive quality culture and improvements for products or services.
- Develop and oversee program schedules, budgets, resource plans ensuring adherence to product roadmaps and delivery timelines.
- Communicate progress and escalations to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality solutions and innovations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- PMP/PMI or equivalent project management certification required.
- Typically 8-12 years relevant experience in quality program or project management.
- Onsite work required at HPE office location.
