About This Role
- Lead planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Akamai India’s CSR portfolio across Education, Inclusion, Community Development, and Water sectors.
- Manage multiple complex projects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver against key CSR business goals and ensure cross-functional alignment of CSR initiatives.
- Develop governance structures, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and cultivate strategic partnerships with governments, NGOs, corporations, and community organizations.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 7–8 years of experience in CSR program management with a proven track record of delivering measurable social impact.
- Strong understanding of education, inclusion, community development, and water sectors.
- Work Experience Required: 7–8 years in CSR program management
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced strategic program manager capable of translating CSR vision into actionable results across multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders including government, NGOs, and corporations.
- Skilled in designing governance processes and impact evaluation in compliance with Indian regulatory requirements.
