About This Role
- Lead and conduct advanced AI/ML and NLP research projects focusing on system design and optimization with minimal oversight.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions in language translation, sentiment analysis, speech recognition, and predictive analytics.
- Document research findings and mentor junior researchers while leading complex, large-scale initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Expertise in ML, Deep Learning, GenAI/LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, and AI agents.
- Programming proficiency in Python and knowledge of data engineering, MLOps, cloud platforms, and algorithm design.

- Experienced senior researcher comfortable working independently on complex AI and NLP problems with broad technical expertise.
- Skilled at translating research insights into practical, scalable AI solutions and leading cross-functional project teams.
