About This Role
- Lead design and deployment of scalable, secure agentic AI and Generative AI frameworks tailored for critical banking use cases.
- Develop and integrate full-stack AI applications incorporating ML and Large Language Models (LLMs) into Citi’s products and services.
- Drive AI innovation through prototyping, setting technical standards, and managing production deployment with focus on cloud-native, containerized environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in engineering and deploying scalable enterprise AI/ML solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python programming and practical experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Demonstrated ability with Large Language Models (LLMs), including vector databases, RAG, model tuning, and solution architecture validation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.

- Deep specialization in agent-based AI systems and Generative AI production implementations within financial services is critical.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional AI projects from concept through secure, scalable production deployment in regulated environments.
