About This Role
- Lead and manage a team responsible for governance, administration, and continuous improvement of critical enterprise systems and master data for Engineering, Facilities, EHS, and EOS operations.
- Own operational health, lifecycle management, and governance of key applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Collibra, and CMMS/EAM platforms ensuring system integrity, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Drive master data standards, data quality, system integrations, and business process standardization to enhance operational performance, compliance, and digital transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 9 - 13 years of experience in Master Data Management, Systems Management, Enterprise Applications, Data Governance, or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and enterprise system integrations, plus familiarity with CMMS/EAM and Engineering systems.
- Work Experience Required: 9 - 13 years in relevant fields
