Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau development and KPI framework creation.
Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad and collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones.
Experienced in managing complex KPI registries and data governance frameworks in regulated environments, preferably supporting EHS, Engineering, or Quality functions.
Skilled at translating business requirements into actionable and automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and enterprise data platforms.
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills with a track record of delivering data-driven insights for continuous improvement in a global, matrixed organization.
