About This Role
- Lead and manage delivery of generative AI projects connecting AI and data science with broader digital strategy and analytics.
- Collaborate directly with clients to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, AI engineers, and software engineers, ensuring high technical and communication standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in AI, data science, or ML engineering with at least 2 years in a technical team management role.
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, generative AI, object-oriented programming, and proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Databricks ecosystem.
- Experience deploying AI models from prototype to production including architecture, MLOps practices, and client communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging technical AI capabilities with business needs, especially for large, data-rich B2B enterprises.
- Proficient in managing integrated AI projects involving data science, engineering, and strategy functions.
- Background in digital services, consulting, or agency environments delivering AI alongside strategy and creative disciplines (preferred).
