About This Role
- Own and facilitate the end-to-end Oracle S&OP business process including demand review, supply review, and executive S&OP meetings.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership to translate business needs into Oracle Demand Management and S&OP functional specifications.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, functional design workshops, and support process maturity by driving training, change management, and forecasting performance analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in supply chain planning with strong functional expertise in Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Management within Oracle Cloud or EBS environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM (Demand Management, S&OP) is expected focusing on process ownership rather than technical configuration.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant supply chain planning roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep understanding of demand planning methodologies including statistical forecasting, consensus planning, and lifecycle/new product forecasting.
- Proven capability in designing and facilitating S&OP governance processes and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with process maturity assessments, workshops facilitation, and translating functional requirements into scalable Oracle-enabled planning solutions.
