Deep understanding of demand planning methodologies including statistical forecasting, consensus planning, and lifecycle/new product forecasting.
Proven capability in designing and facilitating S&OP governance processes and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with process maturity assessments, workshops facilitation, and translating functional requirements into scalable Oracle-enabled planning solutions.
