About This Role
- Manage vendor registration and coordinate client follow-up and technical approvals within Industrial Product Assurance schemes including Hazardous Area, Welding, Pressure Equipment, Construction Products, Machinery, and Battery.
- Prepare quotations, enter NGQ data, schedule activities in NGPS, and coordinate invoicing with finance.
- Serve as liaison between business development, technical teams, and finance to support operational activities like IORA creation.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree with relevant experience in Industrial Product Certification.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, preferably with a notified body.
- Knowledge of Industrial Product Certification and relevant EU directives.
- Familiarity with Oracle applications.

- Experienced in managing industrial product certification processes within regulated environments.
- Strong operational coordination skills working across technical, finance, and business development teams.
- Comfortable with compliance and regulatory procedures influenced by EU directives and notified body standards.
