About This Role
- Manage and analyze financial performance of international clinical trial projects using Cost to Complete revenue recognition.
- Provide timely and accurate project financial data to senior management and project teams to support decision-making and profitability.
- Support internal/external audits, respond to financial queries, and deliver training related to project finances.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years finance experience and/or 1 year as Project/Financial Analyst in CRO or pharmaceutical environment with international clinical trial financial oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and databases.
- Work Experience Required: 2 years finance or 1 year project financial analyst in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial analysis within CRO or pharmaceutical setting specializing in clinical trials.
- Detail-oriented with ability to monitor project health metrics like revenue, gross profit, and forecasts.
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse global stakeholders in matrixed environments.
