About This Role
- Lead preparation of India Operations Annual Plan, Latest Best Estimate (RLBE), and other financial forecasts.
- Develop and present analytics to drive financial and operating excellence across Operations and support decision making for India region and Global Operations vertical.
- Collaborate on cross-functional team (CFT) projects including GST 2.0, Free Trade Agreements, industrial policy incentives, cost optimization, margin improvement, and capital expansions.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of finance experience in FP&A, cost/general accounting, and financial reporting.
- CA or MBA in Finance degree mandatory.
- Onsite location: EPD India Operations (implied in job location).
- Knowledge of financial reporting principles, processes, and standards within Abbott’s financial policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior finance professional with strong business partnering and analytical skills able to influence operational leaders.
- Proven track record in leading financial planning and analysis for large operational teams in India context.
- Comfortable working on cross-functional projects involving taxation, regulatory incentives, and operational finance improvements.
