About This Role
- Lead and execute the company’s financial strategy and operations in collaboration with the executive team and founders.
- Review and ensure financial reporting compliance with US GAAP, oversee consolidation of books, and maintain financial controls and tax compliance for India and US.
- Monitor business performance metrics, support strategic decision-making with financial insights, and manage investor reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification with 2-4 years post-qualification experience (preference for Big4, BDO, GT experience).
- Proficiency in financial reporting principles including US GAAP.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment and develop scalable finance SOPs.
- Work Location: In-office at Powai, Mumbai.
