Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders including PMs, coordinators, IDs, QA, vendors, and business teams.
Strong expertise in project governance, financial control, vendor management, risk management, and analytics-driven planning and reporting.
Experience in shared services or GCC environments, preferably with knowledge of learning technologies, instructional design principles, and content development standards like SCORM/xAPI.
