About This Role
- Manage end-to-end L&D content delivery projects including planning, governance, execution, tracking, and closure to ensure on-time, on-scope, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
- Own project governance covering scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and delivery commitments for multiple concurrent projects.
- Drive operational excellence through intake tracking, vendor governance, quality metrics, reporting, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in business, learning, project management, operations, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in project management, learning operations, content development, shared services, or vendor-managed delivery.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving global stakeholders, vendors, instructional design, QA, and operations teams.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools like Power BI, MS Project, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, and Jira or equivalents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders including PMs, coordinators, IDs, QA, vendors, and business teams.
- Strong expertise in project governance, financial control, vendor management, risk management, and analytics-driven planning and reporting.
- Experience in shared services or GCC environments, preferably with knowledge of learning technologies, instructional design principles, and content development standards like SCORM/xAPI.
