About This Role
- Lead and support community engagement activities including group meetings, household and village surveys, and development planning to drive rural empowerment.
- Implement and monitor programs focused on livelihoods, health interventions, education support, water and sanitation in collaboration with community institutions and government bodies.
- Maintain accurate project data, coordinate with technical teams and partners, and document learnings to support program execution and problem resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree mandatory.
- Location requirement: Mumbai-based work implied.
- Proficiency in community engagement and basic computer skills required.

- Experienced in rural development projects with demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders including government officials and community groups.
- Skilled in program monitoring, data management (MIS), and reporting to support operational goals.
- Capable of coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives and resolving challenges in rural contexts.
