About This Role
- Lead and execute procurement strategies including sourcing, cost planning, and supplier management to optimize costs and efficiencies.
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, contracts, negotiations, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to provide procurement advisory, ensure compliance, and drive strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
- 10-15 years of experience in Procurement, Commercial Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Cost Management.
- Experience managing high-value procurement portfolios and supplier negotiations in sectors like Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Energy, Data Centers, or Industrial Projects.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, PMP, MRICS or equivalent are advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading strategic sourcing and procurement for large-scale projects or complex organizational operations.
- Skilled in contract management, cost control methodologies, and supplier risk mitigation.
- Capable of managing and mentoring procurement teams and leading cross-functional procurement projects with focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
