About This Role
- Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing operations across Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
- Assist Shift In-charges in work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain operational discipline, support service commitments, and drive consistent execution across operational workstations.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th Standard pass.
- Experience: 3–6 years in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier or supply chain operations with shipment processing and scanning preferred.
- Physical ability to perform operational tasks involving standing, walking, and manual shipment handling; willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication, computer, and handheld scanner/mobile device skills; age minimum 18 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced frontline logistics operator familiar with operational processing, sorting, shipment scanning, loading/unloading, and adherence to SOPs in high-volume environments.
- Comfortable working under shift supervision with responsibility for mentoring junior staff and supporting operational continuity during peak periods.
- Demonstrates strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and a safety-oriented, process-compliant work approach in a dynamic logistics setting.
