About This Role
- Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing and operational activities across multiple sites ensuring accuracy and productivity.
- Support Shift In-charges in work allocation, coaching new employees, handling exceptions, and maintaining adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain operational discipline, uphold safety standards, and drive consistent execution to meet daily operational objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10th Standard pass educational qualification.
- 3–6 years experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
- Physically fit for manual handling, standing, and walking; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication and computer/handheld scanner skills.

- Experienced in shipment processing with capability to coach and support junior staff effectively.
- Demonstrates strong operational discipline with attention to detail in high-volume logistics environments.
- Able to manage workload balancing and support shift operations in a structured, process-driven setting.
