About This Role
- Accountable for timely General Ledger closing, reporting, and ensuring fiscal governance for entities, including monthly balance sheet reviews and quarterly statutory financial finalization.
- Lead preparation and audit facilitation of Financial Statements as per IND AS and Companies Act 2013, coordinating with external auditors and business teams to close audit points.
- Plan and coordinate month-end closing activities, maintaining internal controls, addressing internal audit points, and driving finance process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- CA qualified with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
- At least 5 years experience in accounting functions within medium or large manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2013, IND AS, IFRS, and experience handling year-end annual audit as per IFRS/IND AS.
- Mandatory SAP FI system exposure; understanding of IND AS, IFRS, and SAP required.

- Operationally focused on financial closing, statutory reporting, and internal controls governance.
