Ability to work from Pune or Noida office with overlap US working hours and 365x12x7 support including weekends.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-vendor enterprise network environments including SD-WAN, security, and cloud integrations.
Proven track record in incident handling, escalation, root cause analysis, and delivering operational improvements through automation and AI technologies.
Comfortable working in follow-the-sun support models requiring collaboration with global stakeholders and vendors.
