Lead the Network Operations Center activities for hybrid network infrastructure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution involving SD-WAN, firewalls, cloud, and load balancers.
Collaborate across technology teams and vendors to resolve infrastructure issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support change and maintenance activities.
Drive automation, AI-driven initiatives, and operational process improvements to enhance network operation efficiency and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of relevant network operations or engineering experience.
Strong expertise in enterprise network technologies (LAN/WAN, MPLS, routing) and hands-on experience with Cisco, Versa, Arista, Juniper SD-WAN solutions.
Experience with network security appliances (F5 BIG-IP, Citrix NetScaler, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Ability to work from Pune or Noida office with overlap US working hours and 365x12x7 support including weekends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, multi-vendor enterprise network environments including SD-WAN, security, and cloud integrations.
Proven track record in incident handling, escalation, root cause analysis, and delivering operational improvements through automation and AI technologies.
Comfortable working in follow-the-sun support models requiring collaboration with global stakeholders and vendors.
