About This Role
- Execute and support day-to-day operational activities across service centres, hubs, warehouses, and processing units ensuring shipment accuracy, productivity, and service quality.
- Assist Shift In-charges by allocating work, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain operational discipline, support service commitments, and drive consistent execution across operational workstations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th Standard pass (higher qualification preferred).
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
- Physical ability to perform operational activities including standing, walking and manual handling of shipments.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays; basic English and computer/handheld scanner skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, and warehouse operations with familiarity of handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong operational discipline and process compliance orientation with emphasis on quality, safety, and productivity.
- Capable of mentoring new employees, supporting shift operations, and participating in continuous operational improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment.
