About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation, migration, enhancement, and transformation projects for Financial Services domains including Funds, Capital Markets, Private Wealth, and Family Office.
- Manage project delivery activities including solution design, data migration, integrations, testing, training, UAT, change management, production deployment, and vendor coordination.
- Own project governance, stakeholder management, risk escalation, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and scope across multiple global regions and stakeholder groups.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of project management experience, with minimum 5+ years managing implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
- Experience delivering complex projects across business, technology, vendor, and client stakeholder groups.
- Strong delivery experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; ability to work with global stakeholders across multiple time zones with minimum 4-hour daily overlap with LATAM business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale financial services implementation projects involving multi-regional global stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across diverse delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and coordinating multiple third-party vendors and internal teams.
- Able to handle complex governance and communication structures, with proven ability to manage escalations and align diverse stakeholders towards project success.
