About This Role
- Serve as primary contact for international markets and regions to manage stakeholder engagement and demand governance.
- Coordinate prioritization, operational alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure delivery of business priorities and customer satisfaction.
- Manage AI governance processes and drive continuous improvement, adoption of automation, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience at Manager level or similar.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, governance, operations, business excellence, PMO, customer success, consulting, or related functions.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
- Work Location: Hyderabad, India; Employment Type: Full time, Regular.

- Strong track record of managing stakeholder relationships and governance forums in global organizations.
- Experience with operational planning, demand prioritization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to regulated industries like pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences and proficiency in using Generative AI tools to enhance productivity.
