About This Role
- Design, develop, and optimize AI, SLM/LLM, and agentic solutions to solve real-world problems.
- Implement and tune AI algorithms, define APIs, and analyze functionality to build integrated AI toolsets and libraries.
- Collaborate in a product-centric environment to deliver scalable AI solutions with measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years in cognitive analytics and AI modeling.
- Experience with large-scale distributed AI systems including training, SLM & LLM modeling, fine tuning, and model serving in production (batch/real-time).
- Knowledge of GPU/CPU architecture, distributed computing, prompt engineering, and AI performance tuning.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Java, debugging, performance analysis, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and deploying large-scale agentic AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Able to communicate complex AI model designs and results to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Engaged in R&D with up-to-date knowledge in generative AI, deep learning, and capable of explaining underlying math and code of models.
