Experienced in defining and managing IAM or security-transformation program delivery with measurable outcomes such as audit readiness and risk reduction.
Skilled in stakeholder management and communicating priorities, risks, and outcomes to both executives and technical teams.
Able to manage complex dependencies and trade-offs to keep high-impact initiatives on time and within scope and budget.
