About This Role
- Lead development of UiPath's AI agentic orchestration platform, building core infrastructure for enterprise AI automation workflows.
- Design, develop, and scale full-stack solutions including frontend (React) and backend (Python, C#) for high-impact vertical solutions products.
- Own prototyping, customer validation, and shipping of production systems with a focus on reliability and measurable quality using real customer data.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years software engineering experience with 5+ years in distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Proficiency in full-stack development including frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend languages (Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience building production AI systems involving LLMs, multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation of model behavior.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

- Experienced in end-to-end ownership from concept through production with a builder mindset in AI and automation domains.
- Skilled at building highly scalable, reliable distributed systems with expertise in asynchronous programming, state management, and long-running jobs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with rapid prototyping and close customer feedback integration.
