Experience following SOPs and runbooks for cloud infrastructure tasks and comfortable escalating appropriately with clear documentation.
Hold or working towards Microsoft Azure certifications (Fundamentals or Administrator Associate) and ITIL Foundation certification indicating process and infrastructure knowledge.
