Demonstrated ability to lead small to medium mainframe modernization projects involving modern DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud integration.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and knowledge of Agile delivery, automated testing, and code quality tools.
Strong analytic skills and a track record of collaborating with senior technology teams to implement microservices and hybrid cloud architectures.
