Strong Excel and reconciliation skills; experience with financial close processes and internal controls; CA, CMA, CPA-equivalent or multinational/GCC/Big Four exposure preferred.
Experience interpreting lease contracts and translating commercial terms into accounting and system requirements, especially under ASC 842.
Has worked in multinational or shared-services environments and is familiar with system implementation, data migration, and finance process transformation projects.
Comfortable managing complex reconciliations, coordinating cross-functional teams globally, and balancing operational responsibilities with system/process improvements.
