About This Role
- Manage day-to-day accounting, administration, controls, and data integrity of the global lease portfolio.
- Serve as primary SME for the lease accounting platform, supporting system implementations, data migration, testing, and process redesign including integration with ERP (Infor LN).
- Support lease accounting in line with ASC 842, internal controls, audit liaison, reconciliations, and reporting for SEC and statutory GAAP requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
- 4-7 years relevant experience in lease accounting, lease administration, controllership, shared services, or related accounting roles.
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 842; experience with lease accounting platforms (e.g., LeaseAccelerator, Visual Lease) and ERP systems; Infor LN experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills; experience with financial close processes and internal controls; CA, CMA, CPA-equivalent or multinational/GCC/Big Four exposure preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience interpreting lease contracts and translating commercial terms into accounting and system requirements, especially under ASC 842.
- Has worked in multinational or shared-services environments and is familiar with system implementation, data migration, and finance process transformation projects.
- Comfortable managing complex reconciliations, coordinating cross-functional teams globally, and balancing operational responsibilities with system/process improvements.
