About This Role
- Own and define end-to-end technical architecture and strategic roadmap for large-scale, high-performance Java-based microservices systems using Spring Boot.
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, event-driven systems leveraging Kafka and cloud-native technologies including container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes).
- Provide technical leadership across software lifecycle, enforcing code quality, security governance, and Agile best practices while mentoring senior engineers and team leads.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of progressive software engineering experience focused on systems architecture and technical leadership.
- Mastery of Core Java including advanced concurrency, JVM internals, and performance optimization.
- Expertise with Spring Framework and Spring Boot for large-scale microservices development.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka, cloud-native deployments, container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
