About This Role
- Develop and maintain Splunk-based monitoring, data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics to support service quality.
- Build and optimize ETL/data pipelines using Splunk and Azure services like Logic Apps and Log Analytics.
- Identify service issues and anomalies proactively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve monitoring and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (BE/BTech).
- 5+ years of experience in Teams/UC operations and enterprise support with hands-on Splunk experience.
- Proficiency in Splunk data ingestion, queries, dashboards, and monitoring.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Log Analytics, and .NET/C# programming.

- Experienced in operational support roles with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills aligned with ITIL processes.
- Capable of automating data collection and improving operational efficiency through cloud and monitoring tools.
