About This Role
- Administer and support Managed File Transfer platforms, particularly Axway SecureTransport, ensuring 24x7 production environment availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Middleware Messaging and Managed File Transfer, managing incident escalation and problem-solving.
- Test, upgrade, monitor, and analyze Managed File Transfer infrastructure metrics to maintain cohesive and effective system operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure support engineering, including production environment support.
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of File Transfer technology, specifically Axway SecureTransport.
- Good knowledge of Linux platform.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in relevant infrastructure support roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting and administering Middleware Messaging infrastructure in global financial services environments.
- Skilled in infrastructure automation using Ansible, Python, or Java is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and commercial sense with commitment to task completion and ability to manage 24x7 support demands.
