About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex platform features across Angular frontend and Python or Spring Boot backend.
- Own technical solution design including architecture, data models, and integrations; author design documents and lead design reviews.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline maturity, platform reliability, and mentor junior engineers while advocating for engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (TypeScript) and Python or Java/Spring Boot for backend development.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable production APIs and services with strong database (SQL, NoSQL) and caching (Redis, Memcached) knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and practical experience with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical design and delivery within agile teams, comfortable making architecture and trade-off decisions.
- Skilled in building production-scale internal platforms or engineering tools, with a focus on reliability and incident management.
- Proficient in integrating AI/ML models or generative AI capabilities into software products and familiar with related AI coding tools.
