About This Role
- Lead functional analysis and act as subject matter expert for Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA/IAM) initiatives, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution definition, and oversee design and governance of identity lifecycle processes including JML workflows, provisioning, access certifications, and access reviews.
- Manage product backlog and feature prioritization using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements while facilitating cross-functional resolution of dependencies and risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Business/Product Analysis experience in IAM, IGA, or Security product domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) is mandatory.
- Experience with Identity Governance platforms such as Sailpoint or Saviynt, and managing workflows like RBAC, PBAC, and access certifications.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years relevant experience in IAM/IGA/Security Product domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in defining and governing complex identity access and authorization models including RBAC, PBAC, ABAC within enterprise environments.
- Proficient in independently conducting stakeholder workshops, managing product requirements, and delivering identity governance solutions in Agile delivery setups.
- Strong background in security architecture concepts including SSO, MFA, API integrations, compliance, audit support, and cloud identity patterns (AWS, Azure).
