About This Role
- Develop and scale backend microservices and data pipelines processing large volumes of customer conversations into actionable AI-driven insights.
- Integrate and operationalize AI and LLM services from vendors like Azure, OpenAI, Google within scalable cloud PaaS environments (e.g. GCP).
- Own code in production including on-call support, troubleshooting, and ensuring system scalability, reliability, and security.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and REST API design.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered products, including LLM integration and prompt design.
- Experience developing backend microservices in cloud PaaS environments (preferably GCP) with knowledge of noSQL and message buses.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced backend engineer comfortable with scalable, event-driven microservice architectures in cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI and large language model services into production systems with attention to accuracy and traceability.
- Familiarity with operational ownership practices including production support, troubleshooting, and agile methodologies.
