Serve as the organisation's expert on travel domain knowledge, ensuring product accuracy and real-world alignment with travel industry standards and disruptions.
Manage cross-functional coordination between business, technology, vendors, and UI/UX teams to deliver scalable, secure, revenue-driven travel solutions with measurable product KPIs (conversion rate, booking success, API response).
8-12 years overall experience including 5-7 years hands-on full-process experience in travel industry and product management in travel technology platforms.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; travel/hospitality degree or industry certifications (IATA, UFTAA, GDS) preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of OTA/travel technology platforms, API-based architecture, Agile/Scrum methodology, and experience with travel APIs and integration tools (Postman, Swagger).
Proficiency in English with ability to produce clear product documents and user guides; experience with UI/UX design collaboration and travel domain processes.
Deep practical experience across all travel modes (air, rail, bus, cruise, car rental, hotel) and full booking lifecycle end-to-end.
Experience managing complex travel product portfolios covering B2C direct traveller platforms, extensive B2B agent/distributor portals, and Corporate Travel Management systems with approval workflows and travel policies.
