About This Role
- Manage and lead a full-stack engineering team including performance reviews, career development, and coordination of development and QA functions.
- Provide technical leadership by architecting and implementing scalable, secure digital systems, conducting code reviews, and maintaining high engineering quality standards.
- Drive engineering metrics improvements (deployment frequency, failure rates, cycle time) and hands-on development in front-end and back-end tasks with a focus on continuous delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 13 years professional full-stack development experience including at least 4 years in a technical leadership role managing teams of five or more.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Express, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js with Redux, system integration, RESTful API design, and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms including AKS and Docker.
- Onsite work required at Mohali, India location.

- Experienced technical leader comfortable managing full-stack engineers and overseeing both development and quality assurance.
- Strong backend and frontend coding skills combined with ability to lead architecture design and mentor developers.
- Skilled at improving engineering delivery metrics and adopting new technologies including AI and modern platforms in a collaborative agile environment.
