About This Role
- Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform implementations across multiple platforms (Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Icertis).
- Manage technical configuration including workflows, approval paths, templates, clause libraries, metadata, business rules, and platform integrations (Salesforce, ERP, vendor tools).
- Oversee testing phases (UAT, SIT), migrations, deployments, documentation, training, and post-launch optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–12+ years of hands-on CLM implementation experience.
- Experience with at least one major CLM platform (Ironclad preferred; Agiloft, Sirion, or Icertis acceptable).
- Strong technical skills: APIs, integrations, workflow automation, metadata models, data structures, and Salesforce integrations.
- Remote role with quarterly travel to Chennai, India office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently manage enterprise-scale, complex CLM implementations.
- Background in engineering, computer science, or technical delivery to handle detailed technical configuration and integrations.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with legal, IT, procurement, and business stakeholders for translating requirements into solutions.
