About This Role
- Own complete delivery cycle of software features, bug fixes, and client customizations ensuring timely and quality releases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to manage sprint planning, execution, and resource allocation.
- Track and optimize sprint progress, delivery KPIs, team utilization, and client commitments while reporting to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in software delivery or project coordination with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, databases, Git, and deployment processes; experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Good understanding of SaaS or product development environments; Laravel/PHP knowledge preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 Years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end software delivery in SaaS or enterprise CRM environments with a track record of predictable sprint delivery.
- Operationally strong in coordinating cross-functional teams and optimizing resource utilization to meet client commitments.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and capable of leading delivery improvements and reporting to senior leadership.
