About This Role
- Lead the development and frontend architecture of a scalable Single-Page Application (SPA) Client Portal using React (Angular as alternative).
- Own end-to-end frontend delivery including building secure, responsive UI for client, administrator, and practitioner workflows with integration to Azure services and Power BI.
- Provide technical leadership, establish frontend best practices, mentor engineers, and ensure frontend quality, performance, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional frontend/software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience building enterprise-grade Single-Page Applications with REST API integration and frontend state management.
- Experience with authentication/authorization concepts including OAuth/OIDC and role-based access control.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead frontend initiatives with strong ownership and architectural skills.
- Experience in secure, scalable frontend development for multi-role enterprise portals integrating Azure services.
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities in distributed, cross-functional team environments.
